A welcoming course designed for students aged 16+, bringing movement, elegance, and relaxation into your week.
Each session blends posture training with expressive Chinese dance routines —
a graceful practice that is both physical exercise and cultural discovery.
This term, we will explore four distinctive styles:
✨ Chinese Classical Dance — breath and Shen Yun, writing poetry with the body
✨ Dai Dance — softness and fluidity, inspired by the rhythms of water and nature
✨ Xinjiang Dance — vibrant and rhythmic, full of freedom and energy
✨ Mongolian Dance — bold and expansive, echoing the power of the grasslands
Every week features a short performance piece from one of these styles,
allowing you to experience variety while improving posture, flexibility, and stage presence.
In this class, you will:
✨ Refine posture and strengthen body alignment
✨ Explore diverse dance styles and cultural stories
✨ Improve flexibility, coordination, and musicality
✨ Build confidence through expressive movement
No previous dance experience is required — just the willingness to move, explore, and enjoy the beauty of dance.
